We use the most sustainable practices available with an abundance of love you can taste! Come and enjoy the peaceful gardens, feed the fish, pick up some produce or try your hand at fishing.

  • Enjoy the delicate taste of our range of Wood Smoked fish. Brined in our signature mix for 16 hours then traditionally wood-fire smoked over locally sourced Candlebark wood. A tender, melt-in-your-mouth experience, perfect on its own or as a feature in your favourite meal.

  • Experience the exquisite taste of Stony Creek’s first-harvest, hand-cured premium caviar. Our caviar is a flavour-packed delicacy rich in omega-3. Delicious on its own, incredible with soft cheese and the perfect addition to any dish.

  • Stony Creek Smoked-trout Paté is our signature recipe shared through generations of farm owners, and joyfully handmade onsite. Once you try it, you’ll keep coming back for more. Spread it on a cracker or crusty bread, or add it as a feature on your platters.

  • Our fresh fish are available direct from the farm and at regular local Farmers Markets. Locals and visitors can also order fish online for pick up in Bright on Thursday afternoons through Bright Food Coop.
